Yes. Package 1 is typically paid in two instalments. Packages 2 and 3 can be structured across three payments aligned with delivery milestones. The Complete Programme is paid in four monthly instalments. We’re flexible and will discuss terms that work for your cash flow during our strategy call.

After that, expect 1-2 hours per month for review meetings and approvals. We communicate primarily via WhatsApp and email, and you’ll have direct access to the founder throughout.
Yes. While we’re based in Abuja, we serve businesses across Nigeria. Our process is designed to work remotely — strategy calls via video, communication via WhatsApp and email, and all deliverables shared digitally. We’ve worked with businesses in Lagos, Port Harcourt, and other major cities.
For Package 1, we need access to your customer database (CRM, spreadsheets, phone contacts, or WhatsApp lists), your business story and key differentiators, and any existing marketing materials. For Package 2, add your brand preferences and competitor information. We guide you through everything during onboarding — most clients have everything we need within their existing business records.
We make it incredibly easy — no technical skills needed. You can send contacts directly via WhatsApp: forward contact cards, send a photo of your customer notebook (our AI reads handwriting automatically), or share a spreadsheet. You can also upload CSV, Excel, or vCard files through the web dashboard, or paste a Google Sheets link. Before You Sign Up
You need six things to get started: your CAC (Corporate Affairs Commission) certificate for Meta Business Verification, a dedicated business phone number for WhatsApp, your existing customer database in any format, a high-resolution business logo, a product or service list with pricing, and an active business email address. Don’t worry if some items aren’t polished — we help you prepare everything during onboarding.
Meta requires every business using the WhatsApp Business API to be verified. M4E handles the entire process for you. We submit your CAC certificate, business details, and Facebook Business Page to Meta for review. Verification typically takes 24 to 72 hours. You’ll need an active Facebook Business Page and your CAC registration — we take care of the rest.
From your first strategy call to your first live reactivation campaign takes 10 business days. Days 1–2 cover welcome and discovery, Days 3–5 handle data import and CRM configuration, Days 6–8 are for testing and refinement, and Days 9–10 are launch day. Most of your time commitment is in the first two days — after that, we handle the heavy lifting.
WhatsApp Business API uses per-conversation pricing set by Meta (not by M4E). In Nigeria, Marketing conversations (promotions, offers) cost approximately ₦45–₦75 per conversation, Utility conversations (order updates, reminders) cost approximately ₦20–₦35, and Service conversations (customer-initiated support) are free for the first 1,000 per month. Each conversation covers a 24-hour messaging window. M4E does not add any markup to these costs.
Yes. Meta’s Coexistence feature allows you to use both the WhatsApp Business App and the WhatsApp Business API simultaneously on the same phone number. This means your team can continue handling day-to-day conversations in the app while the CRM manages automated campaigns, chatbot responses, and bulk messaging through the API. Your data belongs to you. If you cancel, you have 30 days to export all your contacts, conversation history, and campaign data. We provide easy export tools for CSV, Excel, and vCard formats. After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted from our servers in accordance with Nigerian Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) requirements.
Yes. The Business plan includes multi-branch support, allowing you to manage separate WhatsApp numbers and contact lists for each location while viewing consolidated analytics across all branches.
