You can import up to 100,000 contacts per day.

What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data belongs to you. If you cancel, we provide a full export of all your contacts, conversation history, and campaign data in standard formats (CSV, JSON). We retain your data for 30 days after cancellation in case you change your mind, then permanently delete it.
Does it support multiple branches?
Yes. The Business plan includes multi-branch support, allowing you to manage separate locations with their own contact lists, campaigns, and team members — all from one central dashboard.
What does RFM scoring mean?
RFM stands for Recency, Frequency, and Monetary value. It is a method of categorising your customers based on how recently they bought from you, how often they buy, and how much they spend.
