Frequently Asked Questions
Can I really import contacts by taking a photo?
Yes. The AI reads handwritten text from photos of notebooks, exercise books, receipts, and sticky notes. It works best with reasonably legible handwriting and good lighting. You can review and correct the results before confirming.
What happens to duplicate contacts?
The system automatically detects duplicates based on phone number matching. When a duplicate is found, the records are merged — keeping the most complete information from each source.
Is there a limit on how many contacts I can import?
You can import up to 100,000 contacts per day. Your plan determines how many total contacts you can store — 1,000 on Starter, 10,000 on Professional, and unlimited on Business.
Will importing contacts from my phone delete them from my phone?
No. Importing copies your contacts into the platform. Your phone contacts remain exactly as they are. The platform creates its own separate database.
