Meta Business Verification Requirements
Before you can use the WhatsApp Business API, Meta requires your business to be verified. We handle the submission \u2014 you just provide these documents.
Facebook Business Page
An active Facebook Business Page for your company. If you don’t have one, we’ll help you create it during onboarding.
CAC Certificate
Your Corporate Affairs Commission registration document. Meta requires this to verify your business identity in Nigeria.
Business Email & Phone
A business email address and phone number that match your CAC registration. Used for verification codes during the process.
Business Website
A live website with your business name and contact details. If you don’t have one yet, our Online Presence package can help.

Meta Business Verification
24–72 hoursWe submit your CAC certificate and business details to Meta for verification. This typically takes 24–72 hours. M4E handles the entire submission process.
WhatsApp Business Account Creation
1–2 hoursOnce verified, we create your official WhatsApp Business Account and connect it to the Cloud API. Your existing number or a new provisioned number can be used.
Message Template Approval
24 hoursWe design and submit your campaign message templates to Meta for approval. Templates must follow WhatsApp’s content policies. Most are approved within 24 hours.
